Lesley-Anne provides one to one CBT therapy in the Coatbridge area.
As part of the local therapeutic ecosystem we are proud to avail of the therapy rooms provided by The Lanarkshire counselling and CBT centre and feel privileged to have the opportunity to support the amazing work that they do within the community.
All of the therapy rooms that we use are decorated to a high standard and are large enough to allow enough distance to remain covid compliant. Tea, coffee and toilet facilities are available within the LCCC.
There is ample space for one to one therapy within the private therapy room as well as space for group therapy within the larger room which contains a suite of audio visual equipment.

Coatbridge
Kieran provides CBT therapy in the Coatbridge area. The Journey Rooms cabin is located in the SummerLee neighbourhood of Coatbridge.
Nestled within well manicured and tended gardens, in its own private space, the cabin is surrounded by seasonal flowers.
This warm and cosy cabin is finished to a high standard and is fitted with audio visual equipment making it perfect for video game therapy or as an alternative to traditional whiteboards during CBT sessions.
There is ample off street parking and a private gated entrance, making it an ideal space for this unique and welcoming therapy room. Many of the young people that Kieran works with feel this private space away from prying eyes and potential familiar faces to be a comfortable and safe space that they can relax in and make their own for the time that they are here.
