CBT groups are an excellent, cost effective way to find help and work on improving your emotional and psychological wellbeing in a structured and supportive environment. Here is some feedback that we have received from past participants.

I really enjoyed the sessions. They went into so much detail and covered so much in such a short space of time. Kieran and Lesley-Anne were amazing every week. They were compassionate, kind and provided a warm and open atmosphere in the group.

I enjoyed this group so much. It helped me having other people there so it didn’t feel like all the focus was on me.
I have picked up on some parts of it that made me realise on my hidden anxiety and to stop procrastinating also to forgive myself if I am unable to do things.

I really enjoyed the mixture of humour and seriousness during the sessions, it really helped to ease me. I also really appreciated that you both use real life examples when explaining theories etc, it showed me that you both knew how it feels to have anxiety and experience it, as well as showing us your vulnerable side.
It also allowed me to see connections in my own life. Although I wasn’t sure how the break out sessions would be, I did actually think they helped and also built a bond amongst the other attendees that allowed us to express ourselves fully.
You both regularly checked in with us and ensured nothing triggered us, and the offer of support was always there. It was really reassuring and allowed me to fully engage in the sessions as I knew if I got upset that you guys would be there to help.
